My stay at Phongsavath Boutique Hotel had its ups and downs. The breakfast was quite nice and there was a good selection of options, plus the location was perfect for exploring the center of Vientiane. Unfortunately, I faced some issues with my room smelling bad and flooding after showers, and also, the payment system was a hassle, forcing me to use an ATM for cash.

The location is perfect for exploring Vientiane, with plenty of eateries nearby. However, there was some traffic noise at night from my first room, which was a bummer, but the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel definitely made up for it.
