My stay at Phongsavath Boutique Hotel had its ups and downs. The breakfast was quite nice and there was a good selection of options, plus the location was perfect for exploring the center of Vientiane. Unfortunately, I faced some issues with my room smelling bad and flooding after showers, and also, the payment system was a hassle, forcing me to use an ATM for cash.
I had a fantastic stay at Phongsavath Boutique Hotel! The service was great, especially from Lixay, who was super helpful with any issues I had. The location is perfect for exploring Vientiane, with plenty of eateries nearby. However, there was some traffic noise at night from my first room, which was a bummer, but the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel definitely made up for it.
I had a pleasant stay at Phongsavath Boutique Hotel, mainly due to the excellent service from Lixay, who was incredibly helpful during my entire visit. The location is great, with plenty of food options nearby, though I did encounter some issues with noise and air conditioning. Overall, I would recommend this place for its value and customer service.
My stay at Phongsavath Boutique Hotel was a mixed bag. The location is fantastic, close to everything in town and not far from the river. However, the room felt a bit dated and had some maintenance issues that weren't addressed. The staff was okay but could have been more welcoming. Overall, it was decent but not worth a return visit.
I had a mixed experience at Phongsavath Boutique Hotel. The location is fantastic, being central and close to various eateries. However, I found the soundproofing in my room lacking, making it difficult to relax at times. The breakfast was decent, and the room was generally clean, but there were some dated aspects that could use an update.
